Gathering the Jewels - six images of late fifteenth-century tiles from Monmouth Priory

The five late fifteenth-century floor tiles shown here were recovered from the 'Cadogan House Kiln' in Monmouth. This is only the second known kiln outside of Great Malvern which produced this type of tile and was established by tilers from Malvern working on a contract at Monmouth Priory.
